My son has GERD (acid reflux). Anything non-acidic is good for him.

He DOES NOT do well with citrus fruits (tomatoes, oranges, lemonade, etc).

He does do well with bananas, apples, grapes, plums, peaches, strawberries and even pineapple.

He's picky, so some fruits I've not tried but I'm sure may be tolerable for you include kiwi, melons (honeydew, cantaloupe, and watermelon), and figs. Probably anything non-acidic will work for you. God created MANY fruits for us to enjoy....do dig into whatever is available in your country or region.

Apples, bananas, peaches, pears, and grapes are pretty safe for me. Other than that though, just try one fruit at a time and notice what effect it has. Dried fruits, like apricots, can be helpful too, as they contain less liquid and can absorb some of that stomach acid.

blue berries? i don't think they have as much acid as most other fruits. I've heard that tomatoes upset some people's stomach's as well.
