Im pretty sure that it is mentioned after he is arrested and being interogated in the room with the two other agents.

it is mentioned in the first movie.
I think when he shows up late to his work his boss uses it? or perhaps the fed ex man. It might even be when he is arrested. when the agents mention his hacker name and his real name - 'one has a life and the other doesn't...'
I don't recall what it is off the top of my head. But I recall hearing it and thinking that it would be a good trivia question. (Did I mention I suck at trivia - and this is just another example)
