Why does the TX have a definite shape? If I could change shapes and you already saw my original shape, why would I decide to use that shape again? You would know it was me!
In the cemetary scene when the claire danes character is running toward her fiancee, (which is actually the TX in disguise). Before she reaches him the TX returns to her original shape. Thus alerting the claire danes character that something is wrong. If the TX had not done that she would of ran right into its arms, doesnt the TX know better?

He's pretty smart, but not as smart as me. He's CERTAINLY not as smart or slick as whoever's been cloning me and Iris profiles on here.
