keep violence and inappropriate behavior out of school, let the thugs go be thugs somewhere else, so the kids who value an education can get one, the consequence is only that of the thug, so who cares, they're just gonna end up in prison anyway, and they will be forced to attend classes in prison

The Baltimore City Public School System reserves the right to consider disciplinary action against students who have been adjudicated for violent criminal acts in the general community, such as rape, murder, or kidnapping.
BCPSS Police will be called in all cases of violence, and charges will be placed against the offender(s), including students with disabilities, whenever appropriate.
Students should be aware that the school has the authority to take disciplinary action even when the misbehavior occurs off school property, or when schools are closed, if the behavior affects the good order and discipline of the school.
