it all depends on the exchange rate from what country to what country
ex. our american dollar is currently exchanging for 2 english pounds.
So things would be doubly expensive for a US citizen if we were visiting England.

no since the introduction of the euro it is worth more then the dollar its self and the euro is used more since you can use it all over europe . . .
