This is actually NOT a simple task in Flash!

This requires you to know how to manipulate dynamic textfields, and to understand how to play with an external CSS file in Flash.

With an external CSS in Flash, you can also define a:link, a:hover, and a:active styles for anchor tags.

01. You need a dynamic textfield on Stage, with an instance name and the HTML box ticked in the Properties panel.

02. You need to write your text in the basic html format Flash accepts and associate it with your textfield's instance name using the htmlText method.

03. Define your anchor tag in the CSS file.

This is a complex issue, if you need more help, you can always get detailed info from within Flash if you press F1 and do a search on keywords like css and htmlText. This should solve all your problems
