everything from email, to the way you park, to what you say. the place i work, theres always hostility in the air. just because 3 or 4 people who have nothing productive thing to do. why people do this? why? and why me only? i get along with others, but its seems like i am always the target...lol....i sh1t on them.

Because they are ugly inside, that ugliness prevents them from saying or doing anything but ugly things. Are these people in a position where they can hurt you in your job? If so then I guess you have to think about it but if not don't worry about them. Consider the source and you'll find that its sort of like being bothered because of a comment a toddler made, it means nothing and reflects nothing except their own idiocy, it doesn't change who you are and is therefore irrelevant, annoying perhaps but not meaningful. In a working environment if this could be an issue of race or sexism you can gather your evidence and report it to your superiors or better yet theirs. Good luck, maybe you would be better off looking for another job rather than working with people that make you so unhappy.

It's basic need for control. They keep doing it because you keep responding by being annoyed and upset. Smile and try using lines like "well, if I respected you, I might care about your opinion" or "so tell me again why a person as low as me is the most important thing in your life right now" or the best way is to just look at them and smile really big and wide and say "thank you" and go about your business.
The less upset you are the quicker they'll go away. Ignore them.

Cody, you just continue to be friendly towards these people and pray for them. A person will say and do anything to get you upset or angry but you stay calm and just do your job. People who don't like you for no reason can't stand it when you are nice and kind to them because the wonder what the heck is going on. I mean come on I'm being an a**hole to Cody and he is still treating me in a nice a polite way. Just continue to be a good person with a good heart and a good soul. Never let other people see that they have upset you in any way because that will just make their day. Just be true to who you are and don't change who you are to please anyone. God Bless

Some people just click, maybe you dont click well with theses people. If you work with them and its affecting your job, you ahould talk to someone about it, dont worry about being a snitch, because they dont seem to like you anyways!

Because they are insecure jerks themselves, just like Brooklynnellie, the first one to answer you. People like that like to point out shortcomings in others to divert attention away from their own shortcomings. Maybe they do it to you because they think you will stand for it. I'd stay away from these bottom feeders.
