I cook dinner as soon as I get in from work in the evenings. Then I prepare the next day's lunch before I go to bed. I do all my time intensive cooking (baking sweets, making bread, etc.) on Sunday afternoons. Of course, there are also days when I just pick up a pizza and lounge about all evening.

When my husband has had a very long day and I know he will be to tired to cook. Usually have it done for him when he gets home so he can sit and enjoy a meal. He usually does the cooking, but I am getting better. I don't burn the food anymore.

I do my major cooking on Sundays for the week. I freeze the main dishes so that all I have to do is come home from school and toss it in the oven or microwave.
I guess I cook in the evening during the week and all day on the weekends!

Only on Sundays - I'm not at home at dinner-time the other 6 days of the week.

When I can't be bothered to go out and get something ready-made. And then it has to be microwave-able, or survive the grill.
