i feel most women enjoy it. although if not properly executed, they can find it boring and a waste of time.
there are some women who won't even let a guy TRY to go down on her, even if he is a 'cunning linguist'. i think this has something to do with psychology and the fact that you are licking a part of their body that urinates. this explains why even the girls who enjoy receiving oral sex dislike any eye contact whilst being pleasured.
however, if you are able to make her feel comfortable and are able to 'concentrate' on that spot, how can she not enjoy those few seconds of spastic ecstasy?

Most the women I know, like recieving oral sex. Mostly because you can get your tongue in places your penis can't get to. And most women can actually "get off," to Oral Sex, rather than actual intercourse.

Some do, some are animals and obsessive about it, but that is a vast minority. A Little courtesy from time to time is always a good idea, know what I mean? I think you do.
