Good question since each is on their own level of "dumb".
Jessica is not that dumb- she has marginal singing talent and looks.
Paris is a dumb-but rich-blond who is always in the media circus. She gets paid up to $10,000 just to show up at a hot night club.
Brittney is the dumbest of the three girls you have up here. She left Justin Timberlake, married her sweetheart from school name Jason Alexander in Las Vegas, got annulled 55 days later and then ended up marrying the bum who left his pregnant girlfriend, K-Fed, and ended up having a kid and another one on the way.
She is the dumbest, by far, of any celebrity out there. She is a sad waste of whatever talent that has made her be the superstar she once was. She will never have that again. I do not even see her with her parents anymore (they probably wished they never had her annul her marriage to Jason knowing she was going to pick a loser and procreate with him).
George is dumb because he is so out of touch and for all the Republicans who voted for him, they wished they never had.
He is one of the dumbest presidents in office to date, but Brittney is one of the saddest and dumbest of the celebrities.

Gee, its a tie between Bush, Hilton, and Spears, and Hilton's dog "Tinkerbelle." And actually Tink is the smartest of the bunch, because she's tried to run away.
