I haven't tried it with ink yet, but I swear by that Oxy-Clean stuff. It's incredible!

I work in a dry cleaner and ink comes out rarely if ever. So honestly, the chances are minute. However, if you want a shot, take it to a drycleaner. If they can't get it out at first, and you would otherwise throw it out, tell them that and they can probably soak it in bleach. I did that for a lady and the white looked different but it was better and stain free.

boil the shirt in a pot with a 2 lemon wedges and some bleach for about 10 minutes. make sure you have enough water in the pot so that it does not evaporate. it will look brand new =)
the just throw it in the wash as usual

I use "Shout" and so far it has removed everything that I've thrown at it so far.

Spray it with hairspray then wash it right away. (or a bleach pen, use with care if there are any colors on the shirt)
