first off, download any game and not paying for it is not only a crime, but it drives the price up on games as companies try to add better security measures to prevent piracy.
there are a number of websites out there that will sell you the game and then let you download it so you never need a cd. just google search for them.

(BTW: You can download the premium version of Bearshare from the standard version for faster downloading! Whoo-hoo!)
(Oh, yeah, I might point out that downloading games without paying is illegal, but it's up to you to flip that particular moral coin...)
