How can I take away the voice from a song..and only leave the instruments??

You need some type of audio editing software - I routinely use GoldWave to remove swear words from songs I want to use on the air, and used it to remove vocals from a track on "High School Musical" that my daughter needed for a talent show. Only thing is it's not perfect - if you have the time, you may need to play with the settings to remove the vocals.

you know there is a way to do it but not the which which you are suggesting
so i shall tell you the simpler way- alright
you want karaoke that is music with out the vocal and you can add thing to it you want while the rhythm plays
