They are brine shrimp. You can buy eggs in the pet store to hatch as they are used as food for aquarium fish. They cannot be trained in a traditional sense. When I was a kid packages of seq monkeys were sold and they said you could train them to follow a flashlight. However, the shrimp are naturally attracted to the light and just following an instinct. Not sure of the lifespan but probably not very long.

No they cant be trained. I think the life span is like a month. And all they are is prime shrimp.

sea monkeys are brine shrimp. they live like for 3 months. there stupid just get a fish, or a bearded dragon or a dog

Sea-Monkeys have a biological life cycle of one year. They really are nothing more than something similar to shrimp (although not TRUE shrimp, but close in comparison.), so I imagine they cannot be trained.

"sea monkies' are nothing more than a very small crustacian called a "brine shrimp" .. no they can't be trained or anything as they are much like insects in their mental functions. They do, however, make excellent food for aquaruim fish. :-)
