No, don't tip him, or painters or plumbers or electricians or other career folks.
The people who get tips on in-home work are generally less- skilled workers, like cleaners and movers.

DEFINITLY >>>>that is if you were satisfiied with his work..These companies dont pay some of these very hard working people hardly enough to live off of. I do profesional window cleaning and Ill quote people a rate do the job and frequently recive tips I think it is a great way to compliment a job well done..

No need to tip. Unless he or she has REALLY gone out of their way for you, then it would be ok to. I agree with the comment about the movers and cleaners being the ones who get tipped.... its really your preference
