Sit next to me. Put the wasabi in the soy sauce and eat slices of the ginger between different rolls. It cleanses the palate.

Not too much wasabi, as you know it's hot. But GREAT if you have a head cold or a sinus condition!

The wasabi is just a condiment for the Sushi. It is typically dissolved in Soy Sauce. The Ginger is to cleanse the pallet, so that you may fully enjoy the next bite.

I use tons of Wasabi, as a matter of fact I typically order extra as do many of my friends.

everyone I know loves wasabi, I personally can't stand it. It's a condiment, a lot of people mix it with soy sauce.
the ginger is my favorite part. it adds a bit of sweetness to the sushi. personally I eat all the ginger last because I find that it cleanses the palate really well.

I use wasabi on my sushi. I mix it into my soy sauce and dip the sushi into it. The also add it to may of the sushi that are described as "spicy" (ie spider hand roll). The ginger is for afterwards to clean the mouth.

I like a little bit of wasabi but don't ever eat any of the ginger, yuck! But my boyfriend mixes most of his wasabi with his soy sauce. Personal taste I guess, you can use as much or as little as you want.

Wasabi is to be added in the soy sauce. these are accents to the sushi and give it a kick in taste. the more wasabi you add to the soy sauce, the spicer the sushi is.
i use a lot of wasabi...it's so good esprecially w/ yellow tail, tuna, toro, & halibut sushi.

The wasabi is to add spice/kick and the ginger is to clean your palate. Yep, I use both. In fact, I always ask for extra wasabi! Love it, love it, love it.
