get an ACTUAL best friend
Or if she really is your friend, then she will stay your friend when you confront her and then tell her to go **** herself.

Im sure your annoying sometimes too! Every good friend gets on another friend's nerves. Its part of the deal! Just be like, yeah your annoying sometimes. You must think im annoying too! lol seriously , everyone has said something behind someones elses back as least once. Dont let anyone guilt trip you into feeling like a criminal. Ive been down this road before. Its called venting! BUT whoever told behind your back IS NOT YOUR FRIEND thats back stabbing not venting or talking a little poop! Obviously wanted to hurt your friend or knock you out of the picture for her own benifits! Relax and good luck!

ooooh, I would run in the ground. I would think of stuff to agigate her more. You mentioned best friend, so she can take it. If she's saying this behind your back then maybe she not a best friend just the category of friend, if that.
My bestest of best friends say I get on her nerves. Baybee, the fun I have with her pushing her and confirming that I am an annoyance. But we're at that level. She doesn't tell this information behind my back. However if the situation was where she did it behind my back I would do like I said in the 1st paragraph: agigate her. When she gets to the point of breaking, she would have probably confess it and then we would have been able to talk about it. Does it get on her nerves in a bad way or a humour way.
Need some ideas:
* scared of spiders -- heck, get rubber spiders to scare her.
* drag a piece of string across her forehead while she sleeping and in her ear.
* fix a drink of something like Kool-Aid and super sweeten it.
* serve her soften, melted ice cream
* serve her very hard ice cream
* go the joke store and buy gag gifts.
Overall, run that statement in the ground, by confirming it.
Oh, by the way my friend be wanting to get back at me but she does it while I'm driving. We've come to a concluding compromise where she can do me basically anything just not while driving. Most of the time I see her pranks coming.

What's the big deal. My friend says that I'm annoying at times and she sure annoys me at times, too. Do you get along with everyone in your family all the time. Do you sometimes talk about how annoying your mom, dad, etc are to you. Just ask your friend what she said exactly. You might have a laugh over it. Or you might find out that the person who told you that isn't really your friend.

If this person was your best friend then she would never say that to someone else! Call her and ask her if it is true. Then if she says no tell her you would like the both of you to confront the person that told you that and put a stop to anymore untruths this person may tell you later. If it is true then you know you are not really best friends and keep looking for that one true best bud.

I would have a very private conversation with my friend. I would be very sincere in asking her what i did that annoyed her. Be prepared for the truth,if you ask. You may get your feelings hurt. If you two are GOOD friends, I think you'll work it out. Please don't go over to the house and try to act perfect. You'll be miserable and probably get a stomach ache. Good luck. GOOG communication is always best.

Either try to fix whatever your friend thinks is annoying, or ignore it. Are you annoying? If so, try to change.
And maybe your friend didn't really say anything at all. Sometimes other people lie a little just to stir up trouble between friends.
Best advice .... pay no attention unless you think there is something you should change.

That happened to me once. I never found out why my friend's friend said I was annoying. All it did was make me feel more self conscious than ever. I still never learned any lessons from that. I think I should of told my "friend" to forget about me because I already forgot about her when she said that to me. But get respect for yourself and tell your friend straight up or forget him/her. Don't spend the night there either.

confront them about it and if it's true, ask for some tips on how not to be. you will probably find that when confronted with the knowledge that you now know, they probably will want to be real nice to you because your feelings are already hurt. I'm not saying that for you to use that emotion as blackmail, but you don't have to be worried about confronting your best friend because they likely won't find you annoying for bringing it up, and in fact may lead to some open communication.

First, I would get her in the room with the person who told you this and find out the TRUTH. Sometimes people make things up. If you ask her alone, she will certainly deny saying anything.
Next, if she admits to it, I would tell her that's great. Thanks for chatting behind my back. She will end up looking like the back stabbing jerk, not you.
If she refuses to admit to it, you have a decision to make. Do you believe her, or not?
As soon as you get to the bottom of it, to the truth, the easier it will be to make a decision. Usually, people cut other people down because they are so insecure with themselves.
Play it coy and cool. You have one up on her now.
