I think you are missusing the word download. Download refers to getting music from the internet to your computer. It seems like you just want to know how to burn a cd. In iTunes try making a small playlist inserting a blank cd and clicking the burn button. I have never heard of iTunes not being able to burn a cd. If iTunes can't then limewire probebly won't be able to either.

if you really want to know how to do ilegal downloads , then http://www.limewire.com is the way to get limewire. download and install it then search for what you want when you launch it.
be careful though, if you search for things and spend time downloading they're not ALWAYS "exactly what is syas on the tin", in other words you may think you're getting a kids movie but you end up with a porno (only sometimes)
I do recommend using the iTunes store however. Huge range, high speed downloads, good quality, easy to search, and preview before you buy option.

You can go to a Best Buy store in your area, if you live in the U.S. and buy software called Audio Xtract. It will let you burn music to your hard drive from Internet Radio sites. OR you can go find Streamripper and Winamp. Download both current versions, and they will work together, by Streamripper installing itself INTO winamp. Then you can go to http://www.shoutcast.com and you'll see quntillions of internet radio stations, which you can access by clicking on the yellow "Tune In" radio button on the left side of the screen. You can then download music that way.
Both Audio Xtract AND Winamp (with Streamripper) will automatically title each song. Have fun!
