Hmmm...it depended on the match I was watching...some of them I couldn't even eat....especially the Germany vs. Argentina match...oh my goodness! I couldn't even drink my iced tea....until the very last moments of that match..... I was biting my nails during the match from the anxiousness!! I wanted Germany to win....and after that match was over I calmed down and drank a Raspberry Collins and went to eat at an Argentinean Restaurant...yeah...how ironic huh...
but on to the question....about what foods I ate...I watched a lot of the games at this British pub so I ate some of their food...I didn't really like it so I tried to eat breakfast before I went there...I wish the World Cup was starting all over again...it was so exciting....I can't believe we have to wait another 4 years until the next one...I hope time flies by then...

Sprite, popcorn, junior mint, or usually a cajun turkey sandwich on white mountain bread. It depends on the time of day. For the final (the only game I was able to actually go out to watch, the rest had to be watched at home), I had wings.
The eating mostly took place during halftime since I spent a lot of time going crazy and screaming at the tv.

I'm sorry but I don't have time to eat and I'm not hungry while I' m watching a Football game. I don't drink soda, so I'd go for an Amberbock, Newcastle or Killian's Red ( those are beers) or red wine from France, Spain or Italy.

I didn't eat anything while watching the World Cup matches, they were so exciting... except for the final one, but I was still so tense that I couldn't eat at the time.

This was my first year of getting into World Cup, but I'll apply the same standard to it that I do to watching other sports: pizza and my wife's good, strong, sweet tea.
