It depends on the price plan you go for, they have three price plans with different rates;
Everyone = 12p / min calls and 10p texts.
Mates Rates = 5p / min calls to T-mobile, 40p / min other networks, 20p / min local and national calls, and 5p texts to T-mobile, 10p to other networks.
Text Appeal = 20p / min T-mobile, 40p / min other networks, 20p / min local and international calls, and 3p texts any network.

If you buy $100 worth of time it comes out to 10 cents per minute but on average it's about 25 cents per minute for anything less than $50 worth of time.
