So why is Angelina Pitt care so much about foreginer children? Are US black, white, asian, latino, spanish babies/kids not good enough for her? I wonder what's up with that?
Will she decided to share her fortune with many foster organizations that are struggling to find financial help?.

The children that she's adopted have been on the verge of death. Zahara was dying. Without Angelina, that baby would have lost her life. I haven't read up on Maddox's story yet but he too was from a poor country. It is also much easier to adopt from other countries. America expects you to have a perfect background, plenty of money, and it also helps if you are married. They also would frown upon Angelina because of her always being gone for work, her tabloid stories, and her tight schedule.
As for her donations, she earns the money and she can spend it on whatever she wants. Many people have a passion. And they spend a lot of money on it. Her's just happens to be Foreign Charities I suppose. She's a good woman for what she's doing for the world. Not everyone would be willing to contribute like that. So, what is wrong with foreign kids? You seem to have something against them...

Having almost adopted I can tell you why.
Trying to adopt and American child is more than difficult. The waiting list for a child is so long - even if you don't care about race or background history. And, the norm is the mom/dad have two years to come and take the baby back. No questions. Just bring the sherrif and carry your baby home.
For me, struggling for three years with infertility I could adopt locally - wait about 2 years or more because my husband and I are different races. And, he was born to a Hindu family (is NOT a citizen). These are just my circumstances.
But, adopting internationally was cost effective. The whole process for Guatemala is around $20,000 and takes 6 months. This is not comparable to US. Korea and China are similar - but take longer and are much less expensive about $10,000. Which, by the way, is the cost of one IVF treatment.
There is so much red tape in the system its enough to make you puke. And, I work for the system, lol. I am a CASA/GAL volunteer for abused and neglected children.

I agree that more attention should be brought to the plight of kids in foster care. However, I want to see ALL children in this world loved and cherished - not just the ones that are healthy or cute.
It is also my understanding that Angelina Jolie contributes a considerable portion of her income to various charitable organizations mainly having to do with refugees. At least she's doing something meaningful for the planet, I can't say the same for some of the other egocentric celebrities that are out there.

Just my guess, but probably the same reason so many American families care so much about foreign children -- Because even with the cost of flight several times to a country to get the necessary documentation, it is so much less expensive and easier to adopt children in other countries than it is in the US.
Our government has decided that they must protect those children who are left for adoption that instead of having a chance to find a wonderful family, they will now have no chance at a family at all...

First off, It's still Angelina Jolie I think.
Second, I agree. What's wrong with America? It's so sad that she has to have babies in another country just to get tabloids to talk about her.
