Just FYI, I think the Yellow Power Ranger was originally a girl...
But to answer the question, I would try looking at a party store. They start putting out cosumes way early. You could also try online stores like ebay or try googling it (I couldn't find anything for you) to find others. If all else fails you might be able to find a pattern at your local fabric store and have someone make it for him.

try a party fair store or a local halloween costume store in your area. if all else fails: ebay sells them for cheap. try ebay. they usually have everything.
