i wash my face with cetaphil face wash and use a buffing cream. Then i use a cetaphil lotion? When im done with all that my face seems slight red and its get annoying because people ask me if im tanning?

Yeah could be an allergy... but then if you're using a buffing cream it's usual to have some redness. Just try not to use too much pressure when washing. Perhaps you should do that at night instead so the redness will be gone by morning.

could be an irritation .. ingredients too strong for your skin ....avoid using products which are very high in chemicals and fragrances, you are not helping your skin ... the only thing you are doing is accelerating the aging process ... even if you are only 9 years old....
