He's admitted as much. He told Dan Rather in a '60 Minutes' interview about a year ago that he inhaled, didn't quite do it right, didn't like it much anyway (musta been some bad **** that didn't do anything for him) and claimed he never tried it again.
Shouldn't be a big shock to anyone; I don't think many people cared all that much anyway. I think people were more vocal about it because he couldn't just be forthright about it. Typical Democrat.

Who cares? Who cares if wore boxers or briefs? Who cares if he had a little dalliance with an intern? Who cares if he lied to Congress about it?
Why not worry more about things that really matter. like whether George W. Bush and his family has ties to the binLaden family through their Washington, DC-based company, the Carlyle Group? Why not worry about how many innocent Iraqis G.W.Bush has killed (not to mention 2,500 U.S. soldiers) all because he had a personal vendetta against Hussein and Dick Cheney wants all of Iraq's OIL? Why not worry about how the Bush administration lied to Congress and the American public about going to WAR (a little bit more significant than some sordid sex act). Why not worry about when George W. Bush will declare war on Iran so he can steal its OIL, too? -RKO-

Bush was recorded on tape admiting that he smoked Pot, John kerry smoked pot too. And yes Clinton inhailed.
