Look at your grocery store for a product called WHINK, it is in the cleaning products section. It is specifically made for getting rust out of fabrics as well as a few other cleaning abilities.

Try a bit of WD-40, rub it in good and wash immediately with dish soap. If the rust is still there keep repeating until it's gone.

try stain stick. if the stained area is white, use a small amount of bleach. dont wash it in warm water, use cold water instead. do not put it through the dryer until the stain is gone.

theres also this really goo kind of atain stick thats a super concentrated gel. the bottle has bristles on it and you use then to scrub the stain out.... it works amazingly well.

Try lemon juice. Then wash it.
