On april (4) twentieth, some time ago, there was an international celebration of Marijuana usage. As far as I know this is well known in younger people's vernacular. Friendly? well I guess this means sympathetic to those people who indulge in "smokin da ganja". Ya mon!

marijuana use is refered to as 4.20. as in it's always 4.20 somewhere so it's always a good time to use that plant. it probably means bring some to share like a potluck. no pun intended.
