My mom told me not to believe whatever a psychic tells you about personal life. I signed up for some readings at some psychic's website a couple months back but now I told the psychic to stop sending me fortunes or readings. Do you believe what readings or advices that psychics give you about your life?

I was never a believer, but a wonderer about psychics and their readings...until I went to see one. She is from a small town, about an hour from me. Someone that doesn't know me or anything I'm about. She did my reading and it was unbelievable. The things she knew about me, the situations I was in. She talked about people in my life that had died, and knew things about them that made me a complete believer in HER.

These people that rob you blind on the phone or over the internet, I don't believe in them one bit. Go to someone who can look at you, who can really feel you out. I really think that makes a huge difference.

As a rule, I don't blindly accept what anyone tells me about my life whether it's a psychic, a doctor, or a religious person. Not to take away from the possibility of psychic phenomenon, the problem is there are a lot of people out there selling services as a psychic and all they're doing is making guesses, offering horoscopes, or throwing out general statements.

However, if a psychic were to tell me that I was going to be in a auto accident driving a green car, I don't think I'd be driving any green cars for a long while. I've had enough intuitions and premonitions to know that they do exist.

I believe this.... Information comes to us from the Universe (or God, if you prefer) in a variety of ways. Some messages we ignore, especially when they are off the wall or come from unlikely sources. I don't have to listen to every message, but it's a good policy to at least acknowledge them and see if they have relevance to my life.

psychics can only tell you what you can figure out for yourself. They basically give you general information and let you figure out how it applies to yourself. Sometimes it can help you come up with answers that you might not have thought about, but ultimately it should be taken with a grain of salt. There is nothing mystical about it, people want to believe that someone knows your future, but ultimately the one person who has the best grasp of what your future should be is yourself.

If you want the inspiration of fortunes without the hassle of scam artist psychics asking for your money, get a set of tarot cards, which will do the same thing without costing you anything other then your time.

For the most section, NO. yet, in case you examine your horoscope contained in the morning newspaper, and it says that "think ofyou've got a hey and encounter an influential man or woman," then i imagine for something else of that day you'll subconsciously be questioning about that horoscope and think ofyou've got a hey and locate someone that you met that became really influential. no matter if that horoscope became telling the truth....you could in no way understand. :)
