Hi no he is not pestering me or anything like that, we work in the same department and i constantly see him looking at me , asking me when im in next, wants to have his breaks with me , im not sure if he has a crush on me or not it could be my imagination again lol,

well knowing that he is over age, It shouldn't be such a bad thing.. but knowing were your coming from.. Tell him that your just not interested in him.. If he asks why tell him that he doesn't do it for you,, his sweet, cute and all ect... But your not interested... if push comes to shove tell him that you like someone for a while now but your just not saying anything because your not sure how he would react,,, But if he the pushy type like most guys are,, just tell him your plain not interested and there's nothing else to it.. friends or leave... If you like him, dont listen to anyone else, follow your own instincts. The only thing that may be wrong however is that a 19 year old may well want different things than you.

Well if you are a female go out with the dude and if you are interested don't worry is not a big deal the edge difference is just in your mind, you could have a really sex experience with somebody younger and more energy that you.

He is legal age and is ready to learn what ever you want to teach him. If you are not interested just let him make a move and then let him down easy. If he starts stalking you take action to correct that as soon as you suspect it.
