ok ok...before you get in a panic from well meaning horror stories, it sounds like you have irritable bowel syndrome. greasy, starchy foods make it worse, as do foods that produce lots of gas - i.e. salads, etc. if you consume lots of soft drinks, that could also be a major contributing factor. lay off the coke for a couple of weeks(if u drink it) and see if that doesnt help. also try a little gas x before meals. check with doctor too. dont want to overlook something serious. good luck!

I can't say for sure but the gall bladder answer sounds like a possiblity.

My daughter developed gall stones late in her pregnancy and could only eat steamed rice and stewed tomatoes just to keep some food down.

If this has gone on a long time you really need to have an exam to get an answer.

It could be a diseased gallbladder or a malfunctioning pancreas.
If possible, avoid the foods in question. You might also try something to help with your digestion, such as a good probiotic.
It is all natural and can be found at the health food store.

You probably have lactose intolerance. Try to stop eating anything dairy and see it it helps you in a couple of days.

well a lot of people cant handle those things. you might just be overdoing it. i know lettuce is awfully hard on your stomach. good luck.

you might have crohns disease- lots of sores and ulcers in your stomach and intestines. pain. do you hurt or just get sick?

It could be coaliac disease (i think thats how u spell it) my neighbour gets the same effect and was diagnosed with that x x

you could also have acid reflux, your stomach produces too much acid and just about everything you eat will upset your stomach, this can be serious please go see a Doctor!! the acid can eat the lining of your stomach up!
