I went to an interview Monday, then they asked to come back for someone else to interview me on Wednesday. On Wednesday they told me they'd have a decision on Friday. On friday they called me telling me if I could go to a third interviews. This Monday they called me telling the third interview would be on Today, but they'd called me back to tell me at what time. It's Today, I haven't heard from them, what should I do? I don't have their number, they just call me to the my cubicle phone which doesn't have caller ID. I really want to get out of this place.

What can I do?

it sounds like they are having an internal problem like they are not sure if they can financially afford to hire somebody even though that it sounds like they do want you. and even if they do hire you it would probably be for a short time it ain't Worth it find something else try this and good luck

You must know which company is interviewing you and have some way of contacting them. If you really want this job make contact and find out about this interview today.

However, this interview process seems rather long and unusual. What type of job? If it is an entry level job I'd be suspicious. Is it a high level upper management position? I've been interviewed for and worked at many different levels with different levels of responsibility, and have never heard of a process quite like this.

Well, if you know the name of the Company and where it's located you can search for the company online and get there number and call them.

i don't know why they haven't called you back. you don't have their email address or anything? maybe you could go on the internet or call 411 to try to find out their number. it is weird for them not to have called you when the day is almost over.
