On a water meter, or are they getting the water free just like everything else, (and are they paying taxes)

They get too much free. Honestly and it kills us. I am mexican and I am half white. I work my *** off Legally!
Its not rigtht that they dont pay taxes or mouch off our system and deplete it for us and cause us to have to pay more!
But I shouldnt get all rilled up.

they wash my car and do a good job... i have no idea if they pay taxes or pay for their water although i should care...but i'm too lazy to wash my car myself so i'm willing to pay for it to be done... its preferable to going through the car wash at the local petrol station anyway
