Food and nourishment:

As always, you have to start from the inside!

Drink plenty water, to help circulation and removal of toxins - it is always good for the skin!

Drink a glass of chrysanthemum tea every day. This will clear up your eyes and skin

Eat a lot of carrots, as it is rich in beta carotene - excellent for the skin and eyes!

Eat more fruits that are rich in Vitamin C, which can strengthen your blood vessels and clear up your skin

Avoid taking aspirin as it worsens the circles by clotting the blood.
Facial masques and massages:

If the cause of the dark circles is just inadequate sleep, try the quick remedy of putting ice on your eyes

Soak a piece of cotton with milk and use them to cover your eyes for 15 minutes

Rub your hands until your palms are very warm. Then cover your eyes with your palms for 30 seconds.

Rub your hands until your palms are very warm. Massage all around your face as if you are washing your face.

Open your eyes wide, and look up, then down and then right and left. Repeat for 10 times. Do this every morning and evening.
These tips do work! Try them! But of course, if you don't get your beauty sleep, even if you use all these methods, your eyes will still be swollen and dark. So do get enough sleep!

get a light color of eyeshadow and put a little in the corner of your eye by your nose. then sweep it down in a curve shape where your bags are to brighten your eyes! this covers the blue-black color, which comes from the muscles under your eyes. it make them not look so puffy, too! good luck!

Surgery lol.

It doesn't sound like you have bags though, more just dark circles. Concealer would be the best thing, so you should just sneak it into your bag and then apply it once you are out. HTH.
