My friend is sometimes nice and sometimes mean i have told her but she doesnt listen. I dont know what to do!?

You don't need to be hanging with someone who is mean to you. Don't spend as much time with her, see if that changes her behavior. If it doesn't, then you may need to not see her and look for some new friends. Good luck.

It's time to find a new friend. Tell her you're busy when she calls and distance yourself from her.
