Are you looking for someone whose first language is English to help you with the grammar, etc? Ask your classmates to proofread for you. I did it regularly for a friend that had learning disabilities. Also, if you school has a writing center or tutoring they can help you and often profs, who understand that you know what you're doing but have a hard time doing it in English, will often help if they have time. Just remember that you'll have to have things done ahead of time in order for people to have time to help you.
