Why I can't browse or access to other websites?

Just think what is that you are looking for in the PC first of all. If your PC doesn't do what you want check out with the software or the Hardware tools. Better you call a PC installer to give a total check out for your PC. Please don't forget to check out the internet connection too.

check the proxy again, maybe someone played with it, and also check the TCP/IP configuration (IP address, subnet mas, default gateway, DNS), maybe someone played with that too.
