Heyy! try to hold the "control" key down and use the scolling wheel on your mouse and scroll the wheel up.

if the page is large hit on F11
if fonts on the Internet explorer are large then click on view on the IE menu and then text size, select normal from here.
or if every icon is large on the desktop the change the screen resolution by right clicking on desktop--properties-->settings-->screen resolution
