I held that concept that a monolithic God had left a nerve (if you will) in each living thing; a connection between, all that had been created, and that God. Cool thought. Once I got really sad thinking that when people do wrong and destroy society that it was like God had cancer. Deep eh?

Have fun and keep thinking.

Rhetorically, Is God perfect thus destiny is guaranteed and we have no free choice, or can God make mistakes?

By your definition of God you should trust the loved ones around you because you aren't the only one with a piece of God, and maybe the God in others is trying to reach you. If you have God outside of you and other people, then you opened the possibility to a higher more knowing conscious force that has better info than your loved ones. So how does that bigger version of God get in touch with you? Your loved ones. Oops we came full circle.

Take all advice, judge the motives, judge the probable outcomes, and take the action that you believe will make the world a better place.

If your God is just inside of you and not all around you, then, well he's no god at all. If he's just there to help you do good, then you just need "Big Bro." or the police to follow you everywhere you go, so why bother with a god? actually, mostly those who are open about their God understand that he is altogether too great to be confined, and being surrounded by unbelievers of any measure is no threat to God's ability to be all that he is, which is in fact God. what's important to anyone who says they have God is just to be sure they never let outside unbelief get inside.

Are you asking me if my belief in God is stronger than my belief in other people? Or are you asking if My belief in God is stronger than other people's belief in God? You are not making yourself clear.

I do believe in God and I believe in other people. I think they all truly exist. I don't know how to measure other people's belief in God. I don't practice a formal religion. I believe in a God that is omniscient and omnipresent. If God knows everything and is everywhere, than simply having gratitude in my heart for God and for all of God's gift should be sufficient. I can't imagine an infinite God would all that interested in specific buildings, geographic locales and particular rituals.

the ppl in my life have God in their lives so I trust them the same as I do my own faith and relationship with God. It's nice having that comfort zone.

I trust God on a different level. I don't question His plan for me.
