Hi,
If you are talking about a job that is based on qualifications, it would be difficult to find a job that can allow an O level person to earn 4K a month.
However, if it is a job that requires certain skill sets and experience, eg, like SALES, it is still very possible for you to earn 4K a month. The bad thing is that if you stop working, you stop earning so you cannot take rest cos only when you work harder, you get more money. You dun work, you got no money lor..
Another alternative you can try is to do a business because that will allow you not to just earn 4K a month.. but maybe even more than tat and can allow you to leave wealth for your next generation.
Anyway, I dun have a 4K job offer for you but if I could teach you how to earn $3K stable, long term income everymonth within 6 months, would you be interested? ;) If so, please email me at verityy@yahoo.com and we will discuss your qualifications ;)

Nowadays it is not easy to earn 4K per mth especially for "O" level holders. i would like to find such job too
