Get someone who is a good editor, someone who will give consistency to the entire magazine. People love consistency, and good editing just makes things easier to read. Then get the best pictures you can get.

Interview all kinda of different people, no matter what their lifestyle and beliefs are. Get a wide variety going so you can have a big audience.
Maybe you can start out with an article like "what are the little things that make us so similar even though we seem to be so different?"

No, you don't have to do that at all because this is Yahoo answers. I have absolutely no idea to what Popularity line will be doing on to represent in it. But anyway I would like Bollywood and Hollywood stars to be seen in it and about themselves too.

i think having people interact with the mag is a good idea.. like having contests.. .having images of people on the street in your mag... interviews with interesting people etc..
