in your teens acne is going to happen. you can reduce it by eating healthy, limiting fast foods and greasy items, avoiding candy and chocolate, and bathing regularly.
Use a bath brush to scrub your back and wash your face when you get up, after sports or outdoor activity, and again before bed.
keeping acne under control is hard work!
use a face scrub like clearasil or any other over the counter brands.

If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.
For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.
Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is: http://www.acne-treatment-medicine-1.info/

iv used Proactive for several years. its geat, at first. then after like two years your skin gets amune to it and it back fires. but that could depend on you. i know, since it happened to me and iv heard others say the same. but you should try it. just keep in mind that the first two months your skin wont like it. it might becom extra dry or extra oily. but keep using it because your skin will adapt to the product.
if you dont want to use proactive or its too expensive you can buy a bar soap of Lever 2000 original. that stuff is great. it drys your face up and makes all acne go away. iv been using it for several days now and i see a big change. but like i said, it could be different for each person.
try proactive first. that will give you great results and will last long too.
make sure you drink lots of water. make sure you try not to touch your face. make sure you change your shirst after you sweat. make sure you keep your skin cleaned and fresh. always take a shower and always wash your skin with some type of soap, not just water.

There are special kinds of wipes that you can find at Target or Wal-Mart that you can either wipe your face or use water to wash it off.
