I think the right way to word that question is what wouldnt you do for a billion dollars.

Maybe you should have phrased the question, "what WOULDN'T you do for a billion dollars", because that's an outrageously tempting amount of money, for even the most saintly persons among us.
With a billion dollars tempting me?--- I'd ask the dear Eternal for the moral courage to *not* commit the following horrible evils, in no particular order:
Torture someone, especially a child, old person, or helpless individual
Betray my country
Commit mass murder (not that killing single people is much better...but I'd probably be better able to find a "reason" or justification in my mind for that, unfortunately)
Arrange for a sexual assault
Those are the top baddies that leap into mind
