It depends on :
1) Os u are running
2) weather u care about data on partition u want to delete.
3) ur budget.
Assuming that u are running win Xp, care about data
and would like to save as much as possible on this,
i'd suggest backup needed data to some removable disk
(u can use winXp backup utility or True Image by Acronis). if u have bootable disk reinstall win and while reinstalation Xp itself asks for partitions(weather u want to have or no). after u could restore ur data to new OS.
below i gave link of Company which can definetly help u

Partition Magic 7 can handle drives up to 80gb. I saw it on sale at Amazon for $20.00. Anything bigger would need the 8 version. I've used it before and it works very good.

There are many programs available which can do this for you, however, you have to pay for a lot of them.
I use partition magic, which I would recommend.
You may be able to get one for free or on a trial at Download.com:

I would reccomend Partition Magic. Its very good at what it does, and its very very very very easy to use. Make sure you check you have the right one, some older versions can't handle NTFS.
