Abuse/Inhumane Treatment?

IF BIOLOGICAL PERSPECTIVES WERE ADOPTED BY THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM HOW WOULD THIS EFFECT CRIMINAL OFFENDERS?

In nature, an animal that rebels against the group it lives with is sometimes killed. Other times it is banished to it's own death.
If we acted more like animals, there wouldn't be as much crime for fear of death.

I'm not sure I understand your question.Are you asking if it would be inhumane to lock up a homosexual criminal in a female prison??
