I use the Intuition razor for sensitve skin. It has the bar of moisturizer surrounding the blade. Make sure the blade and your legs are both wet when using. Also, Neutrogena body oil used a few hours before you shave your legs makes sure you have moisture. The hurt is probably coming from dry skin or irritation bumps and Nair does not help that. Veet did work better however for me but I stick to the Intuition now.

Before shaving, take a bath in a hot water (the hottest possible). Then put some good shaving lotion on your legs and wait for a minute or two and then start shaving. It worked for my friend who had the same problem as you.

I really love the plain ole Venus razor. But try using a different shaving approach. Instead of shaving cream, try using real olive oil soap : detergents dry out skin, and don't lather as well as a real soap. You can get an actual soap instead of a detergent at farmer's markets, herb shops, and online at :

Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.
Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.
Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.

ok Im going to be honest with you. the first time you wax it does damage yet its in ordinary words momentarily. even with the undeniable fact that the most excellent advice i am going to grant you with is DONT shave. I have made that mistake and your hair purely develop thicker. once you wax, the entire hair comes out and could stay like that for 4 weeks. also, your epidermis will sense large. I noticeably advise that in case you do have hair and also you do a touch type of interest at school the position your legs teach, you could wax them.

Have you tried an electric razor? You would have to shave more often but it might not hurt.

my sister has the same problem and she now uses veet. she says it works really well, and that you should leave it on for the minimum suggested time.
