I'm sorry to hear of your broken heart - it hurts and it is part of life. But it does go both ways. Remember how you are feeling because believe it or not one day you will break a guys heart. Keep that in mind.
My suggestion for moving on is this
1. Recognize your feelings of hurt as real
2. Instead of being mad, be thankful for the time you shared
3. Use your experience from this relationship to "learn" and
not repeat the things that went wrong in a next relationship

Every woman has said it. "Guys are pigs". Yes, sometimes they are, but you can't be so quick to stereotype them. So far only this one is a "pig". This sh** happens everyday and then people move on. The best advice I can give to you is just to keep yourself busy so that you don't think about the guy so much. That always helped me. Go out with your friends or even by yourself. Take advantage of this "free" time to do something for yourself. It's always nice not having to worry about someone else for a change. If you feel the urge to call or see him then just call a friend or family member instead that you know will tell you to stay away. Everyone needs a person to lean on in times like these. Good luck and look forward to the next hottie that may come along later to sweep you off your feet. Those guys are out there, but don't waste your time looking. When the time is right he'll find you. That is what happened to me.

You know girls hurt guys just as much (or even more) than guys hurting girls. Actually, I would bet that women break men's hearts more often then the opposite. The reason why people believe guys hurt girls, is because women complain about it a WHOLE lot more then men.
Point is, everyone gets hurt, you just have to deal with it.

From the guy's point of view, the problem is girls pick the wrong guys. For instance, which is more appealing, the quiet guy who says little but seems nice and will do anything for you, or the loud bragger, who's been everywhere and done everything, will take a dare and beat it, but feels you are there to serve him? Nine times out of ten, the loud jerk will get the nod from the girls, who end up getting exactly what you're referring to. So be more selective, don't go for the moron with the shiniest car, taller tales, or biggest mouth who thinks he's God's gift to the world. Go for the up front quiet guy who promises nothing but delivers everything.

Sometimes a guy doesn't realize he hurting oddly or sometimes he doesn't feel about you the way you feel about him. It also sounds like you can be a little too trusting. So, all I can say is that it is o.k. to put up walls to avoid getting hurt. Just be more careful and try to distract yourself by going out with friends and family.

I am sorry to hear that but not all guys are the same, guys do get mistreated I am proof of that but once you leave them its so funny cause that is when they realize what kind of person was really by there side and they beg you to come back but not me once is over its over It might be conceded but I have to think about my self and stop getting hurt

I am sorry u have been hurt. Maybe this will help. When I was 18 I hurt a girl 16 so badly. It was because I was emotionally afraid of sex. She did not know. I hope that helps.

Why must people always act like no guys have any feelings to hurt and then lump them all into one category. If HE hurt you, HE is a jerk not "guys". Get over it and find someone else

you need a good friend yes there are alot of *** hole guys that hurt good girls like you and make it hard for good guys like me to find a girl they can fall in love with.
