Products such as K-Y jelly work great. Avoid Vaseline or other petroleum and petroleum-based products. These are not water-soluble like K-Y is.

The absolute best personal lubricant I have found are the silicone based ones. They are super slick, they tend to last longer than water-based lubes, they do not get sticky like a lot of water based lubes. While they tend to be more pricey than water based lubes, the cost evens out in the fact that you do not have to use as much or reapply as often. Silicone based lubes also make a fantastic massage oil.
I have tried all of the following brands and find no real significant difference in them other than cost. I am also including the website addy where I buy my lube on-line at a pretty significant price difference than buying them retail.

Any adult store will have multitudes of different lubes, and the staff can guide you in the right direction for what is best for you , plus they are professional and your not standing in the middle of the store with the whole town while they buy diapers and makeup like you would be at the drug store. "Oh hi gramma, yea , that's lube i'm holding".

There is a new product by KY a mist me and my wife have been useing "Wet" it works real good also from one of them womens fun parties.

Use KY or astroglide I wouldn't use just any lotion it may burn or be bad for your girlfriend
