I use Neutrogena body wash along with the exfoliating gloves--- It works for me!... It leaves your body nice and soft!
Also,
After conditioning your hair make sure you put your hair up and wash your back before exiting the shower...
If u are like me u probably use moose and leave in conditioners that end up in your back so when doing your hair cover your back with a small towel.

There are some acne body sprays at any drugstore. Think Neutrogena and Nature's Cure.
Also, make sure that you're not wearing clothes that you sweat in alot. Rinse your hair, if at all possible with your head leaning down so the oil from your hair, and the detergents from the shampoo and conditioner run down to the drain, and not down your back.

Yes! Use any one of the following or a combo! Use Tea tree oil products (Body Shop), Baking Powder, or rubbing alcohol (will dry them out but might sting!). And of course drink plenty of water, avoid sodas/carbonated waters, cut down on the sweets/greasy foods. You may want to check to see if you’re having a reaction to certain soaps, lotions, or fabric softener, etc. Although those things usually cause rashes, if you’re prone to acne on your body, those products can irritate them. Also my sister noticed that when she cuts down on the beef, and the McDonalds, she breakout less or not at all on her face, chest, and back. Especially the McDonalds, it always caused her breakouts! Good Luck!!! I hope these work out for you!!

The neutragena acne body wash is amazing. My b/f gets the same thing - his is usually aggrevated when he sweats a lot (i.e., summer or working in the yard, etc) - that body wash clears it right up every time! Good luck!

Did you change soaps? detergents? lotions? perfumes?
Are you wearing clothing that irritates your skin.
Make sure your clothing allows some air to pass through it. If you wear like bathing suit material (can't think of materials name) it
doesn't allow the skin to breathe.

There are body washes that take care of that. Clearasil and Avon have them.

Try cetaphil bar soap. It's antibacterial. I use it on my face and it works wonders!
