I've seen lots of men tear up, mostly guys I was dating, family members, and interns. If you haven't seen a weepy guy before, watch President Bush speak more often. He cries easily, and sooner or later you're likely to get a treat (probably when he talks about Laura). Personally, I think it's cute. My ex-boyfriend is a really emotional guy, and I've seen his tears many times.
And yes, I've made him cry but not intentionally, usually when I talked about out-of-state job opportunities. He never admitted he was crying though. He always pretended it was allergies. He knew I didn't believe him, but I always pretended to. I figured it's an ego thing.

All human beings have the propencity to cry, and most do at some point - deaths, births, significant events, even sad movies. It's a perfectly natural reaction and many doctors agree it's a good release of negative energy. To not cry, you would have to be sociopathic - lacking the ability to empathise or feel emotion. Not a good thing.

Yes. Some men are emotional. Some cry when their babies are born or something is wrong. Others just aren't that emotional. It is normal though

Yes, mostly in combat, the wounded cry, at funerals. A few at weddings.
