If possible I'll go for a walk or a drive. If not, I'll play my trumpet. I really enjoy playing various tunes along with my accompaniment tapes. If you think about it, there's always something that you can do that will eliminate boredom. Releasing those creative juices seems to be one of the best ways to do it!
