If you both are already so far in 9 months, then it is a time to go away from each other and keep a good friendship. Unless despite all this verbal abuse you still love each other very much.

Well.. I'm not sure if dumping him is the answer.
Something brought you both together and I don't think it was the fact that he was a really nice abusive name calling guy!
Your problem is going to be solved if you get to the root of what you both are arguing about which leads to the abuse. If you accept the fact that he verbally abuses you, along with you matching it with your verbal abuse to him...you're butting heads and neither of you deserve that.
Come to an agreement on what words should not be used when you both get into a heated "discussion" (wink, wink). Then, if one of you steps over those boundaries, you can now point fingers at who is really getting out of line!
"Can't we all just get along?" (snicker, snicker!)
Hang in there!

When a relationship goes sour and all respect is out the window then its better to let go and move on with your life! You guys are supposed to be there for each other, love and support each other, bring joy and happiness not insult each other to the point of questioning your happiness and future!
If u guys cannot talk things out and try to find out what the problem is then let him go and be single for a while until you find someone that will love and treasure you.

This is what keep some people together, relationships are not always made from sweetness and light. A lot of PPL thrive on verbally abusive relationships and stay together all their lives, If it works and there is love in it, stay with it. Love from Tim.

Stop with the verbal abuse. If you love each other, you can make a go of it. No more name calling! Stop it!
Think twice before you open your mouth!

One thing I know about LOVE is that it shouldn't hurt nor should it cause you pain. You should never be with someone that is abrusive to you mentally, physically, emotionally or anything. Life is too short and it could go to something worse like fighting. If you aren't happy then you do what you need to do to get happy because in the end its your happiness that matters and your peace of mind. I will pray and ask God to watch over you. God Bless

Most defintley dump him before more drama starts. Dump him before he cheats on you or before he hits you. A relationship like this is not love its becoming hate. Stop the stress girl dump the guy and move on you will be so much more happier.

Yes dear, after 9 months you should still be in the honeymoon phrase of a good relationship. Don't waste anymore time on this Mr. Wrong.

It depends on how much you instigated it by starting it off. Why don't you stop, and stop responding to his verbal abuse. If he doesn't respond in kind, then think about ending the relationship. He may think you enjoy the banter if you respond.

If he you both are verbally abusing each other its because you two donot have RESPECT for eachother......respect is one of the aspects that binds a couple together....It's not there so LEAVE.....you shouldn't even be asking this question....isn't it pretty obvious?
